Customer complaints

Telkom very useless. I have two contract with them, and last month one of their sales consultants offered me a cheaper data bundle. Only to find our month end I was charged an amount that I was not informed about and. Loaded queries with them. None of them bothered to contact me. Nothing at all. Flipping useless, I can't wait for my contrat to be over. I will never ever use them again.
