Telkom and billing issues go hand in hand. I’m a Telkom subscribe and this network has a very long way to go if they can determine between night surfer ( 00:00 - 7:00) and all day data bundles. We get free night surfer from them but when you surfer during those times it eats out of your daily or all day data. I regard myself as a great paying client but then there’s issues with Telkom roaming as well. I’ve had it with this network. I’m looking for a new home, I’m sick and tired having to keep checking if I’m billed right or wrong. Now all your call center agents are working from home and are of no use
