Customer complaint

Telkom support has a bad customer service, I have been trying to get help the whole day of yesterday and was promised that available manager will get back to me before the end of the day until now am still waiting. Telkom has an option when you recharge data, you get night surfer data from 12:00 midnight till 7:00 in the morning, so I thought I was using night surfer but my got used all and no one is willing to assist. This thing had been happening to for a long time and I though it was just me browsing too much but realised that telkom is misleading consumers and such issue needs to be brought into attention. I am very dissapointed on how they getting money out consumers. I am even thinking of moving away from telkom as their support is also not helping or even bothering to assist unhappy cuatomers like myself.
