Customer Complaint

Good day

I would like to lay a complaint against Telkom Dobsonville Mall regards to an offer of a smart watch that was supposed to be given to me at the time of my upgrade on the 2nd of March Upon getting the upgrade there was a smart watch that was to be given with the tablet but I haven't received till date. I've asked the lady(Consultant) about the Promotion that's on the Catalogue and she asked her Manager, he said as long as the promo doesn't appear on the system,that means is not loaded. A few days after when I asked them, they said to me (it was while stock last).I said to them how come the stock finished within 2 days? I've asked them the numbers of H/O or OPS, the Manager said to me, OPS doesn't allow allow to give numbers to customers. And that's when the Manager said to me, I should complain through Hello Peter.
