Customer complaint

I received a call from aTelkom agent last week Friday, 16/11/2018 to advise as I am a LOYAL client who pays my subscription continuously on time they had a great deal for me. I was told that as my upgrade is due on one of my 3 telkom contracts, the agent suggested the Huawei P Smart which was on special for R199 per month with 1 GB if I take it during November. This was couriered and received by me on 21/11/2018. I have now been advised that the same device I am expected to pay for R199 per month has been reduced on Black Friday to R149 per month and to make things worse the deal comes with an additional 10 GB for 6 months. Please amend my contract subscription as I still within my cancellation time, however I like the device and hope to remain stay a LOYAL Telkom client.
