Customer Complain

Telkom sent a wrong device, when I try to call them I don't get assistant, and I was using my own airtime to call, Finally somebody called and told me that they will come and collect the device it's more than a month now I'm waiting and they debited money from my account the amount of a wrong device so I'm very disappointed with Telkom. Another thing that annoyed me they told me to call the courier to come and collect, and the guys from courier company told me to make arrangements with them, I want them to come and take their device I've been telling them for a long time and refund my money.
