Customer care that doesn't care about the customers!

I bought an Xbox on Telkom contract. Received it on Saturday. It is not working. I tried to contact them - they are sending me from 1 dept to the next. I am still in the cooling off period, but they can't help me to replace the device and it is a 3 year contract!
