Customer care is not great
Well after paying almost 3 years for a contract that was for R499 for 10 gig data Telkom now has 30 gig of data for R499.<br> If I wanted to keep a customer I would have upgraded the customer to the 30 gig for the same amount but Telkom does not do that so I will be moving to another service provider at the end of this contract which is soon.<br> <br> Not very happy with the service...
