CUSTOMER CARE CALL CETNTRE

Customer service - 10210 - They are supposed to be available until 11PM but when you phone at 19h00 hours I twice had to recharge my cellphone with airtime to hold on for more than an hour each time before my airtime ran out. All you hear is "due to high volume of calls, this call may take a while"....... I was just wondering, is it not a easy way just to put this "voice recording" on and then there is NOBODY to assist???? I wanted to connect my newly installed ADSL line. NO SUCCESS to get someone after normal business hours to assist. I phoned during the day, but I was told I had to be at home to phone for them to assist me. I only get home at night by 19h00. So when I phoned then it was with NO SUCCESS.
