Customer Care atelkom SA sucks

Customer Care, I called thrice for the morning. my call gets cut everytime and on my third try I asked if they could call me back, the lady says no and then I go on to explain my situation, then the call gets cut but I feel like she put it off this time as she was VERY agitated on the call with me, asking me rudely "what do you want??" like noooo my girl. her name was Bubalwa.
