I have purchased a new sim card its a pre paid sim card loaded 5GB of data for 301.00 and i locked my sim card i just need a puk number i cant get it cause there is no number to dial to get through to the stupid call center dialed 081180 there is just a dialing tone

i need someone to call me ASAP OR I WANT MY MONEY BACK
