Customer Call Center and The Store Cannot help with PROOF OF PURCHASE

<p>I called customer care to get my proof of purchase they directed me to the store and I cannot go to here store as i am 700km away from the Gauteng.</p> <p>I called the store they told me they can't help i have to call the call center.</p> <p>I WILL NOT BE TAKING A TELKOM CONTRACT EVER...</p>
