cumbersome and frustrating activation process

<p>My device was couriered to me ewarly last week with no paperwork whatsoever so i had no idea how to activate my sim and device. i went to a Telkom store hoping they could assist me but was told that thy could not assist me witj the activation in store and that i had to call the online sales department. After waiting for more than 15 minutes, i was assisted and was told that my device would be activated by the end of the day. That was exactly a week ago and my device is still now activated!!!</p> <p>i called again on Saturday morning and again had to wait a long time to be assisted. this time they told me that my device would be activated within the next 24 hours. My device is still not activaterd!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
