Cruel Billing for Suspended service

Telkom contract is robbing people. I agreed with Telkom that I'll use their services, then pay monthly. January they suspended their services buy I paid the money I owed them. They've never opened my line but they are billing me every month for the services they suspended themselves. I advise people to think twice when taking Telkom contracts, they are tricky. It is very cruel the way they charge people at Telkom, I regret making business with Telkom.
