Crqpoy service from ****py telkom network

Worst service I received, even shopright service is better. Been 3 weeks without internet services. Logged several queries with no luck. Staff's hands seem to be chopped off as they are fully reliant on technical team, who in return operate as a special secretive unit who cannot even be called directly except through emails. No update on progress of query no nothing. I cannot even cancel this contract and the seven day period has passed due to tech errors on telkom side. Everytime I should hear: "we will forward an email to our technical department and it will take 2 to 48 hrs for them to sort it out." I don't feel valued at all and will never recommend such ****py network provider to anyone. Please assist urgently. Is it possible to be 3 weeks without service????????????????? ***
