Crossing line/ suspended
<p>My adsl line is suspended for non payment which my account is paid up it a crossing line with other person si i am suspended for other person bill account which is so wrong i called telkom so they can resolve the problem nothing and i work from home so now i am losing money customers ..how long for them to resolve a crossing line ... why im suspended for a strangers account while mine is paid it not fear to me what my kidds will eat how wil i pay my bills this is bull**** telkom doing to me it not a 1st time im having problem with crossing line who knows mayb i paid half of that person bill why telkom so careless like this ? how long it take to send technician just to remove the crossing line i am so ****ed off </p>

I would to know how long do i have to wait before someone calls me as youll promise regurding my bills since i had a crossing line ...I remember the lady who called said shes tranfering my request to the billing department ..

still me my issue still now resolve i need someone from your billing team to call me soon as possible because u say last ull dicounted me when i check my bill on my telkom i was laft withh 349 then i call the call centre a lady who answered me said no mam u only owning 100 but now youll saying my previews balance outstanding is 559 .03 so now whose fooling who why im having this problem with youll after long time been with telkom .. I NEED CLEARITY PLS CZ THIS IS BULL****TING ME NOW ********** 101 ********** 605 ID NO ********** 193084 LM NCWANE
