Crossed lines
We have reported our company receiving call for another company for the last month and several techs have been out and every time they claim that the problem has been resolved. we received between 40 and 50 calls a day for an attorneys firm and it is irritating and Frustrating for our regional co-ordinator as her work gets interrupted by these calls for the other company. this reeks of incompetence and lack of customer service. FIX THIS NOW!!!!!
