Crossed line for nearly 4 weeks

At the beginning of December I reported my telephone line out of order. The fault was fixed apparently and I received a SMS stating that the line had been restored. I tried to make a call and while I have a dialing tone I still cannot dial out. I then started receiving hundreds of phone calls and eventually discovered that my line has been crossed with a Sandwich Baron. Telkom keeps telling me to phone if my line is not working. How am I supposed to phone when I don't have a working telephone? I have to keep phoning from my cell phone. I have provided Telkom with the crossed line number and I keep getting SMS messages to say that you are busy with the problem and yet it still has not been fixed. Please can someone tell me what is going on, in the meantime I still have to pay for line rental!!!
