Cross Lines not resolved 21CRZ061016

<p>The Telkom Line at home have been reported and twice the message given that enquiry resolved. Since about 3 weeks ago if you phone our house number there are crossed lines. The neigbours at the back pick up and you can the have a 3 way discussion.This has been reported with the message that is is corredct. this morning I phoned my Mom and still the same. Last night a technician phoned me and said resovled and fixed. When will Telkom take the time and realy resolve and Fix this. 3 SMS received and not fixed</p>
