****** at telkom!

Telkom is a total **** to say the least! Cheating people off their money and unhelpful stuff at the branch that never knows whats going on! I was debited 6x more than what I usually pay for my contact, i needed the money for my 10months essentials before lockdown but hey Telkom had other ideas for me. I pleaded to be refunded but wasn't helped, i cannot believe how ******* they are, if it isn't their bad reception, its the useless stuff at the branch, i curse the day i took this contract, wouldn't advise anyone to sign with them!
