****** and ******* at telkom

I regret the day I took out a contract with this horrible company of ******. Since last year my account had been incoly billed. Now I mistakenly overpaid for this month and telkom decided they will debit me twice for 1 month and claim I still owe them. Noone is responding and the call center cannot be reached. Your service is absolutely disgusting especially during this time we are in as a country.
