I am terribly disappointed by the poor service and lies I have been getting from TELKOM for the last two months. I took up a two-year contract with TELKOM to get 40GB(20gb any time and 20 gb night time data.) however I have been only getting 28gb.
Every time I go the a Telkom store I am told that they are working on it.
The annoying is that is that I am being charged a full amount even though I am not getting the data that I am paying for!
