*****ed Telkom

Telkom is outright *****ed. I cancelled the service in May 20, Telkom acknowledged cancellation with reference number, but never cancelled the service. Continued charging me for services not rendered without informing me. In March 21 I was informed by Vodacom that I am blacklisted by Telkom. I cancelled the service again, with reference number, but the account is not closed yet. Telkom refuses to cancel the service, which I am not using.
