Crocked by telkom

I had two contracts with telkom one was ending in March I cancelled my contract with them but am billed an extra 100 on a cancelled contract I called in a couple of times I was told stories that my contract was cancelled but funny part is the bill shows that the contract is still active please stay away from telkom they are crocks I never sign up for renewing my contract yet I have to pay worse part am not even using the SIM card why would I want extra data on a sim am not using telkom sort this out am not going to pay for that 100 instead of them fixing the bill my whole contract is cancelled how pathetic fix this
