Criteria System

I have a degree in engineering and am employed at a well-known company with a good salary. And yet Telkom decided to decline my application for a phone contract. According to them, I do not have a credit score. Because I do not have any previous debts, they decided in spite of my credentials that I am not a suitable candidate. This does not make sense that you have to have debt in order to take out a contract. This is a liability for overextending your payment capabilities. Rather, give a contract to someone who has no debt and who is certainly more than able to make payments. Your criteria system needs to be reviewed urgently.
