Criminla offence

Good day, I went to renew my contract with telkom at chatsworth centre, phase 1 branch. The lady asked me to email my proxy and ck docs, which I did later that evening as it was binding on my conscience and I wouldnt be able to sleep. I expected the same professional courtsey from her. I also wanted a professional telkomsa.net email address as this is a business account but she told me that I needed to have a fixed line. She did not email me my contract and I had to visit the store a third time before someone else printed and emailed my contract to me. On viewing the contract, I saw that my signature was forged. She also gave false info. about the telkom email address as I managed to dial in and since then via numerous efforts of dialling and store visits set up my email adress. Its sad that the new generation called millenials want more but for doing minimal. The manageress was supposed to contact me but to date nothing and this is from last week. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, sheer indifference attitude and all round pathetic. If I am not contacted soon, I will lay a charge of forgery.
