Hi Worse than bad, this is the same problem like before. Telkom can black list innocent people names , which makes it impossible to even rent a property because of bad credit score. this account was cancelled 2 months before the new 2 year contract was suppose to start. the reason for cancelling , Telkom couldn't provide the service anymore -ADSL and land line. I called them and ask for relocation, i was told by the person at help-desk that a supervisor will contact me. after a few more calls a supervisor did get back to us, and on his recommendation was cancel it and when in new place we see which will work best. after the last review i did here , i was told that all was sorted out. but still we get loads of emails and phone calls about this specific account. CANCELLED in time. the amount they want now is over R 18 000 . Really? I just want to clear the black listing. because its no use to talk to Telkom or their very rude attorneys. Any help on this matter will be appreciated. Thanks for letting me write this review
