******** business practices when cancelling contract

Changed from contract to prepaid, they started charging out of bundle data to my account despite me explicitly asking for no billing surprises. None of their systems to opt out of out of bundle data works!!! (I have evidence of multiple attempts to fix) This company has ******** business practices....not my first experience of this nature...
