Crime is not a problem for Telkom

Reported cable theft outside my house three times to telkom hotline and nothing happens they don't come out they don't call back. Even after I got into a physical confrontation with the ******* in an effort to keep the cable that Telkom does not care about apparently still nothing happened. On the second phone call was told by the lady that answered that she would let Telkom know but we should not hold our breath they would do anything about it. Now the ******* have broken a tree in my yard in a bid to get to the remaining cable. Phone the head office and nobody knows who you should talk to. I no longer care about the cable what my concern is now is that Telkom wants us to care about crime against them but they don't care that their failure to act is making my house a target for crime.
