CRESTA TELKOM SHOP STAFF TAKES CUSTOMER TO PARKING LOT TO FIGHT

I was absolutely disgusted and shocked at the behavior of a Telkom staff member when i entered the Telkom shop in Cresta . You know you think you can complain for bad service but instead the staff member at the Telkom shop is Cresta wants to take his customers to the parking lot to fight with them. Its was the Saturday 23 September 2017 , i walked into the the Telkom shop in Cresta Mall , and was told to get a ticket for the que . As i went to the ticket counter a lady by the name Jane who was very rude said to me the ticket system is not working and YOU JUST HAVE TO WAIT !!!, i said i could not wait can i speak to the Manager , she said there no manager on duty , then i asked can i speak to the person in charge and she said there is no one in charge.... she was get very annoyed with and so was i . So we started to argue and then a young gentleman by the name of Sharmalan came to me very aggressively and said what is the problem in a very rude manner , i ask does he work here , he said YOU DON'T NEED TO KNOW !!! , I asked him what is your name , he said WHY DO YOU WANT TO KNOW MY NAME ?? I was getting very annoyed with his attitude and told him i dont like your attitude , he said to me YOU WANT TO SEE MY ATTITUDE ? LETS GO TO THE PARKING LOT AND I WILL SHOW YOU MY ATTITUDE . !!!!!! I was shocked and the another staff member went to him and said Sharmalan calm down calm down. That's went i went to the center management of Cresta to complain , but they just asked me to go to the Security control room , who in turn said i must go to the police to lay a charger against that staff member. They tried to call the store Manager who in turn did not listen to me but defend his staff member saying i was the one who was at fault . IM SHOCKED THAT TELKOM ALLOWS ITS STAFF MEMBERS TO TAKE CUSTOMERS TO THE PARKING TO HIT!!!!!!!
