Cresta telkom and online order Skynet courier

I wanted to upgrade at Cresta mall and I dealt with this black light skin guy to assist me with it but they were out of stock. It was on a Wednesday and he said he'll call me on Friday.. Received no call and went back Sunday. It looks like he did nothing and just told me he couldn't find anything while other stores were willing to order but I said no because I was waiting on him. So dissapointed by poor service. Now I have to deal with your selected online courier Skynet driver who doesn't communicate what's happening since waiting for him but never delivered
