credit vetting issue

I app**** for a contract on, got a call from a sales person went through thee procedure then i was approved the guy said my credit score was healthy. Today i recieved a sms saying order is declined due to credit vetting what does that bs even mean? telkom is pathetic explain to me what you mean. the agent said id recieve my order in 5 to 7 business days today you now say declined *** is the meaning of this ? telkom=useless
