Credit vetting

I get a call from a lady to do the application for a Samsung A20 for R249 PM with 1gb free me everything went smooth I was pre approved and then I received a sms saying I declined by the credit vetting. Pathetic as I spend about R1500 a month on data on the pre paid sim I have at telkom please rectify your systems
