Credit vetting

I would like to complain about the pathetic service I received from TELKOM my credit report is clean I have all paid up accounts and there's nothing that is effecting me i app**** for a device which is about 5k and it was referred to credit vetting a call was logged within a week I got no response which I then called the center to find out to be told that I am required to pay 4.4k deposit I mean really a person with good name has to pay almost close to the whole device which if I put couple hundreds more with get a new one?????????????
