Credit still awaiting

The worst service provider ever, I had taken a contract online in November last year, but the contract took so long to process that when I went to a store they told me that the contract is still not gone true so I app**** for 1 at the store and it was approved, after 1 week they debit my account for R399, so I asked my bank to reverse it. Then the courier company phone, so I told them to return the fone back to telkom. When I phone telkom to tell them of the whole thing, the lady I spoke to ask me to pay the R399 again because it shows my credit rating it bad, so I did eft for it and till today I cnt my money back, I called telkom many times but to response from telkom
