Credit scoring system used by Telkom is not effective

I have app**** for a contract online and I was declined because there was once a false judgement on my name "which was not supposed to be there in the first place". Transunion, Clear score and Experian have removed and cleared my profile. I have an excellent credit score according to all the websites but Telkom have it in there own system and its unfortunate they cannot assist me even if I give them all the documents and correspondences let alone the Transunion credit report/clear score or Experian. Your sales people cannot assist and cannot refer me to anyone so can please someone with relevant authorities assist. Thanks
