credit of R546.75 at Telkom yet they blacklist me???

Almost a year ago I was informed that this mess with Telkom has been resolved. I just found out that I am still listed on ITC by Telkom!!!!!!

The invoice I have received on 20/01/2020 states a BALANCE of- R549.75 yet I am still blacklisted??HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE??

This is absolute nonsense. I need this to be corrected immediately, not within 7 days, immediately!!
