Credit Listing for Services i did not take out... PATHETIC FROM TELKOM... SIES

On the 17 September 2018 i wrote a review hoping that some action will be taken to resolve my issue with Telkom, however nothing has been done since then. I did not take out any services with Telkom as a Technician told me that i would not get the same speed on my ADSL as i wanted to have because of my area. I then requested to cancel my ADSL and they assured me that it was cancelled. Two months later i received invoices stating that i owed Telkom, a month later i was LISTED on my ITC for not only one ADSL but apparently i took TWO out. I have been struggling since December to get them to remove me off the list and i havent.

TELKOM IS PATHETIC and i have all the telephone records since September 2018 of calling atleast 2 - 3 times a week.
