Credit Listing

Telkom made an accounting error. Didnt owe them anything, yet as a result of their accounting error it seemed like R 124 was owed to them. No invoice, sms, email or other communications were received. On application for home loan I was told that it was listed on credit bureau. Multiple visits was made to Telkom but still this listing was not removed. Did not owe anything to Telkom from the start!!! Now my future is severely compromised as a result of Telkom's mistake!!!!!
