credit limit (suspension)

So its the begining of the month, Account has been piad for December but i get a sms saying my account has been suspended due to my credit limit( MY ACCOUNT WAS PAID IN FULL WITH EXTRA FUNDS ADD) But yet im suspended. GUYS seriously get your **** sorted out. ive been a loyal cleint for years.
