Telkom how long do I have to wait on you trying to resolve my query? I called you guys since 16th July 2025 until to date with no joy. I have incident numbers ***6, ***2 and ***0 and still nothing is happening. I called you 11 times and ll these times I get different response from your agents. Can this be resolve or cancel my contract.

23 Jul 2025, 15:36I ended up trying to reach out to you via X and I was talking to a robot called Karabo. It was not helpful at all. Last call I made yesterday your agent said he escalated this matter to the supervisor who was supposed to invistagate and call me back and he/she never did.
