Credit bureau update

Telkom is such a bad company and I regret taking up a contract with them. It's been over a year I have been pleading I need this contract to reflect as closed on my credit statues and I get no assistance. It still reflects as active which i cancelled over 2 years now. It is reflecting badly on my credit statues. Iv been pleading and sending emails and I get no response. I need telkom removed as active off my credit statues. What more should I say ir do after pleading 4 over a year now
