Credit bureau status

Telkom is the worst service provider ever, my fiber account is showing that is in arrears in credit bureau but is up to date with telkom when ask i them to put me through to their credit department they said they don't take calls, I'm so angry and I have app**** for something they are declining it because of telkom.
