credit bureau profile being affected due to telkom - handed over by mistake

My name is Lerato, I have a data sim card contract with telkom since last year march and the monthly installment is R100, in December I was told that I was handed over by mistake when I call to enquire why I was debited R440 instead of R100, and only R170 was reversed and was told that I must pay R270, R100 for two months installments and still charged me interest of R70, Till this day I am still handed over and they didn't debit any money from my bank account ever since, when I asked the call Centre agent about my credit record profile since I was handed over by mistake, she advised that i should contract trans-union, as if it was my fault , I am tired of calling telkom and their bad services,
