Credit Bureau Delisting Update.

I had an account with Telkom that i had payed off and on the 23 April 2025 i received a letter from Telkom Credit Management Delisting stating that a request has been forwarded to all the relevant credit bureaus to remove the adverse handover/written off status and default history from my credit profile and update as paid in full and closed,it also stated that the accont holder is no longer indepted to Telkom SA SOC LTD with regards to the account. But to this day my credit record hasn't been updted.
