Creation of a debt to a pensioner

I am writting this complaint on behalf of my uncle who is 85 years. He has always had an account with Telkom for years and years until the package was changed to R99.00. He was not informed about the fact that the package included data, which might leave him with a huge debt should someone misuse it. Something that an old man his age will not even know what a data is and further to that what it is used for. Now to date the old man has a debt of +-9000 at his age and despite the fact that the landline has been cancelled, he is still paying for his line. It is not fair for this old man, please cancel this debt and restore his account to a normal line that will disadvantage him because I am confident an old man his age and a pensioner worse cannot be made to accumulate debts, which he cannot even afford to pay for. Please save him urgently.
