Create Customer Service from Phila at Telkom 10210

Vumatel did a Fiber installation at my house yesterday morning, all good besides one last thing remaining and this being to having my service activated with Telkom. Now this after having spoken to three female consultants from Telkom who completely had it wrong in terms of providing proper client service and as such had me deciding to just keep on calling in until I manged to speak with a consultant who are able to assist me and then managed to speak to a customer service consultant named Phila, unfortunately I did not get his last name but believe this message will get through to the right people. Phila provided excellent client service and knew exactly what he was doing, Phila guided me through the entire process and got me connected within a couple of minutes time. This guy is a star and hope that this review be seen as a huge thank you to Phila for the service he provided me with on 12/09/2019. After the initial guidance received I was put through to rate his service and got cut off due to unknown reasons, I want to use this opportunity to say thank you Phila, 10 out of 10 rating for you. I'm more than willing to elaborate on the service received to any senior Telkom personnel should you wish to contact me.
