Crazy Hold Times

Just installed Telkom VDSL and needed assistance from call center over the weekend and this morning. The hold times are generally crazy, holding for 8min plus on multiple occasions without getting through to a single person. Recording keeps saying they have a lot of calls and are busy; perhaps you need to consider more agents? Where are the call center managers, they should be ashamed of their service levels!
