Crazy bill for non business address

i have since requested for my contract to be canceled since January 6 2026 Even request a call back so speak to an agent cause when i call im transfered to wrong department's then the hang up Instead of being called for the cancel request I'm being sent an invoice Can telkom start treating people well We work hard for our money There's is no one who would like to wake up to such a big amount when we have school fees Medication Food Electricity to pay even the last review i wrote i did not get any contact from telkom to sort out this **** Hopeful this time they will act Stop sending people to sell a lie to us and our old pension mothers who don't understand English
