Crazy amount charged!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the service i got from Telkom!!!! I initially had a contract that ended up being handled by NuDebt i made payments arrangements and made payments to them today i discovered my account has a payment adjustment of over R4000 that no one can give me answers of!!! I was initially told that the amount i owed included the device settlement fee but today i am told that my suspended line has been accumulating extra charges of which i tried closing the line but was told to settle first…can i get someone who will give me answers and assist me close this line i have honestly had enough of being ****med!!!!
